What an amazing day – we were overwhelmed by the enthusiasm, and numbers of visitors to our tent at the Harvest Stomp Festival.
The super-knowledgable Jason Irving led a walk through the park, identifying edible plants along the way. and over 800 people feasted on the collaboratively produced jams, jellies, chutneys and ‘cheeses’ that we provided, served on 25 loaves of E5 sourdough bread (and then 40 croissants when the bread ran out!) . We shared our tent with two London-based jam maker/sellers The Butch Institute and The London Jam Factory.
